Terms of Service

Every appointment is held with a $15 non-refundable booking fee. This fee reserves your chair and the artist's time. It is separate from your service total and will not be deducted from the final price.

Send the booking fee through Cash App to $Chymeiiaa. Until it lands, your time slot stays open to other clients.

A short 15-minute window is built into every appointment for traffic and life. Arriving beyond that window may shorten your service, push you to another day, or release the slot entirely — in which case the booking fee will not roll over.

The studio is a one-on-one space. Please plan to come solo unless an additional guest has been approved ahead of time. Children who are not being serviced cannot be in the room.

Come with clean, polish-free nails. If you're currently wearing a set from another artist, add a soak-off when you book so the extra time can be reserved. Showing up with old product on without a soak-off may cause your appointment to be rescheduled.

Drop any reference photos in the booking form or text them in before your appointment day. Choosing designs in the chair eats into your service time and may not be possible during peak hours.

The remaining balance is due at checkout. Cash, Cash App, and Zelle are all welcomed. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated.

Please share any allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent nail injuries before we begin. Sunshinesetz cannot be held responsible for reactions or damage caused by undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare once you leave the studio.
