Cancellation Policy
Schedules shift and the unexpected pops up — we get it. When something stops you from making your appointment, send a quick text or call to Sunshinesetz as soon as you know. The earlier we hear from you, the easier it is to slide you into a new time and offer your old slot to another client on the waitlist.
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and your $15 booking fee transfers cleanly to your next appointment — one move per booking.
Letting us know inside the 24-hour window means the booking fee stays with the studio, and rebooking will require a fresh fee to lock in your new time.
If a client doesn't show and doesn't reach out, the booking fee is forfeited and future appointments may need the full service total paid up front before being placed on the calendar.
