When you submit a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email, Instagram handle (optional), preferred service, date, and any inspiration notes you share.

Information is used solely to confirm appointments, send reminders, collect deposits, and follow up on your service. We may text or email you appointment confirmations and policy reminders.

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Information may only be shared when required by law.

Finished sets may be photographed and shared on Sunshinesetz social pages and the gallery on this site. Hands and nails only — never your face. Let Mya know at the start of service if you prefer your work not be posted.

Booking details are stored securely and only accessed by Sunshinesetz. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access.
